All study-related documentation—from source data, case reporting forms, scientific protocols, and test-article log-in sheets to dilution sheets, data recording forms, adverse event forms, interim reports, final reports, recruitment materials, and informed consent forms—is carefully reviewed by one or more members of our QA team. Members of the QA team oversee all manipulations/dilutions of test articles, and are present to observe every technician and ensure that studies are conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, Standard Operating Procedures, and ICH-GCP Guidelines.
