Michael G. Rozen, Ph.D., D.A.B.T

Michael Rozen is co-founder and managing partner of RCTS. Dr. Rozen received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany, his Ph.D. from New York University, and is certified in general toxicology by the American Board of Toxicology. With more than 25 years of experience in product safety/claims support testing and in toxicology, Dr. Rozen has held key scientific positions within Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mary Kay Cosmetics. He is the former Scientific Director of Essex Testing Clinic, and has worked with many U.S., European, and Asian consumer product companies to help them substantiate product safety and marketing claims. He is a former member of the safety committees of the Soaps and Detergents Association (SDA) and the Cosmetics, Toiletries, and Fragrances Association (CTFA). He is a former Chairperson of the CTFA's Animal Welfare Task Force and the Pharmacology/Toxicology Committee. To view his Curriculum Vitae, click here.
